Case study $$ EEC Company LTD $($Currency: Australian Dollar$)$

EEC is a significant Western Australian design business. It has experienced strong growth for several years. Through its clever design marketing and astute acquisitions, it has projected growth of $60\%$ per year in revenues for each of the next $25$ years. Last year, the business had revenues of $$500$ million.

The EEC Company is very profitable and has good reserves of cash and lines of credit. Physically, the business consists of offices for design, administration, accounting, management, marketing $($online and traditional$),$ fashion, and design facilities, which, while fully paid, are very expensive to operate compared to modern facilities.

The main office is in Perth, Australia, and while it owns this property, it believes it can realize $$10$ million through its sale. As well, the business has $10$ branches scattered throughout Perth and one office in Mauritius, Singapore, and Dubai, with a total annual rental of $$100$ million. A preliminary plan has been developed to improve efficiency and allow for continued growth.

This project plan will target the following United Nations $($UN$)$ Sustainable Development $($SD$)$ targets: $7,9,12,$ and $13.$ Please make sure to consider them in your design. Please examine and map out in your presentation how to target each UNSD goal. Currently, EEC has asked you to perform the following:

The elements of the plan are:

$1.$ The EEC company asked you to build new offices $($interior and exterior office design$)$ in Perth offices $(5$ branches$)$ and one new office in Mauritius, Singapore, and Dubai. You need to pay the land and perform the building $($interior and exterior office design activities$)$ as well. The total cost for land, interior, and exterior office design will be $$300$ million for Perth offices, Mauritius, Singapore, and Dubai.

$2.$ A new IT system will be introduced. It is an off$-$the$-$shelf system widely used in the industry and will integrate all administration, accounting, management, marketing $($online and traditional$),$ and fashion and design functions of the business. The new IT system will be implemented in Perth offices $(10$ branches$)$ and in one office in Mauritius, Singapore, and Dubai.

$3.$ IT hardware will be moved from the old premises $($the current IT hardware needs to be upgraded, including the operating systems, before the new IT system implementation$).$

$4.$ Furthermore, existing communications services will need to be transferred, new processes built $($the new system works differently from the old one$),$ and implementation, testing, evaluation, and training arranged by YOU, "ISYS$5001$Group,$$ not by the IT vendor $($this means you need to perform all the activities, including the IT work for the new system, including the configuration and networking$).$

$5.$ The new IT system will cost $$20$ million to purchase, and the implementation requirements are $8$ months$4$ months of configuration in your offices and $4$ months of on$-$site support from the in$-$house project team.

$6.$ Your team will charge a fixed fee once the scope is finalised, which is estimated at $$300,000$ per month.

$7.$ Furthermore, EEC Company will ask you to design and develop a website, Meta, X$,$ Instagram, and Snapchat accounts for marketing purposes. Furthermore, you will create short videos to show the EEC company how to use the site and other social networking sites.

$8.$ The plan stipulates that there must be no disruption of the business, so this suggested the transfers be completed over six weekends ONLY.

$9.$ There is no outsourcing involved in this project, including the interior and exterior office design activities.
