The project should be written in normal cases by one until three students at maximum. It must be submitted by blackboard or email until Week 15. Presentation is part of the project. Each student in the group must make presentation using power point. The grades of the project is 30% of the whole course. The project report should contain working on a practical case where project management concepts, tools and techniques in the course should/are applied on the project using MS Project and Excel or other software. It is NOT required to utilize all of them. These concepts, tools and techniques can be (but not limited to): - Selecting Projects (financial assessment methods, scoring methods) - Power-Interest Grid - Project Charter - WBS, RACI Matrix, Design Structure Matrix - Organization Structure - Project Budgeting - Project Scheduling (Gantt chart, critical path method) - Resource allocation (Expediting Projects, crashing with Excel, resource loading chart, Resource Leveling, Resource Overallocation Report) - Project Monitoring and Control (earned value chart, critical ratio calculations, control charts for critical ratios) - Project Auditing (audit report, WBS for closure project)
