Points will be awarded in each category, with a maximum of $150$ points for qualifications and experience, $450$ points for technical requirements $($including finalists presentations$),$ and $400$ points for the cost proposal.

Evaluation Process: The evaluation process aims to award the contract based on the best combination of attributes, not solely on the lowest cost. The institution will consider proposals from responsive and responsible proposers. A responsive proposer submits a response conforming to the RFP$,$ while a responsible proposer has the capacity and integrity to fully perform the contract requirements. This approach ensures that the chosen proposer offers the most suitable solution considering all evaluation criteria.
