The purpose of the assignment is to develop your ability to read, dissect, interpret and convey meaning from scientific and non-scientific sources while exploring the importance of teamwork in contemporary workplaces. Through a review of the literature you will present practical solutions based on the evidence gathered. Provide at least ten credible evidence sources in the form of 3 books, 4 journals and 3 articles.

• Executive summary:The report will provide an introduction that states what you did (as a team) (approx. fifty words).
• Introduction:Introduction to the topic explored by drawing on contemporary literature (approx. hundred and fifty words).
• Part One: Analysis of individual texts:It will provide a shared understanding of what each text said, and its robustness (in each case) (approx. two hundred words).
• Part Two: Overarching conclusions:It will present the overarching conclusions that can safely be drawn from the articles (approx. three hundred and fifty words).
• Conclusion:A final section of the report will debate, overall, what can be concluded by the combination of texts, and what remains spurious (approx. three hundred words).

Stritcly adhere to the below guidelines:

• What is each section saying at a high level?
• What evidence is offered in support of its claims?
• How robust is this evidence? And/or, what are the limitations of the claims? Are the limitations spelled out?
