$-$ You are tasked with an evaluation proposal to provide smartphones with wireless plans for all students, faculty, and staff at your college$/$university$.$

$-$ Draft the source selection criteria that might be used for evaluating proposals.

$-$ Use Schwalbe $(2019)$ Ch$.12$ Figure $12-4[$Sample proposal evaluation sheet$]$ as a guide as well as this sample template.

$-$ Include at least five criteria, and make the total weights add up to $100.$ Then, write one or two paragraphs explaining why you chose your selection criteria.
