The purpose of this assignment is to develop students understanding of business law when operating a business in Canada with respect to employment law.

You are an owner of a restaurant and although the government has loosened some restriction, Covid 19 has taken a huge financial toll on your restaurant business.

Unfortunately, you have decided that you are no longer able to keep some of your employees due to the forced shut down and limited opening of the restaurant.

1) Discuss 2 forms of business you might use to run the restaurant. Explain the advantages and disadvantages for using each type of business for your restaurant.
