The purpose of this task is for you to develop a WBS of some personal activity/project (remember, everything is a project) that you are going to do this week (go to the movies, eat ice cream, go to the gym, etc).

After you define the project, try to make a WBS of the deliverables needed to execute that project:

Example: Project : Teach Class #2. Deliverable # 1 Power point presentation (25 slides), Deliverable # 2 Recorded presentation (40 minutes).

You must do it graphically.

• Remember: deliverables must be very specific. They are not activities, they are deliverables. By looking at the graphic, I must understand the whole scope of the project.
