The question I need help with is based on a csv file with data relating to COVID information;

The question is based on python language and the use of the pandas library.

QUESTION 1: I am wanting get help with how to aggregate values of the variables: total cases, new cases, total deaths, new deaths using the dataframe method by the month and location in the year 2020.

(Note: if there are no entries for certain combinations of locations and months, there should be no entry for those combinations in the dataframe).

QUESTION 2: for the second question I have to add a new variable called 'case rate fatality rate' to the existing dataframe, (1 mark) adding a new variable, case fatality rate, to the dataframe in the previous question. The variable, case fatality rate, is defined as the number of deaths per confirmed case in a given period. Here do not impute missing values.

The final dataframe must include the following; location, month, case fatality rate, total cases, total deaths, new deaths. the rows should be sorted by month and location in ascending order
