The Qutside Classroom assignment is to visit a Probation facility: Probation Area Office, Juvenile Hall, or Probation Camp. You may go as a group or as an individual. Submit a paper describing your tour of the facility you visited. It the Extra Credit Assignment. CONTENT OF THE REPORT: Tell me correct name of the facility, who gave you the tour, why you chose that facility, identify the type of facility, the main purpose of the facility, your observations, likes, and dislikes. Finally, compare and contrast your previous perception to what you actually saw. NOTE: If you are unable to visit a facility, do a mini-research paper (at least one page) using proper grammar and punctuation on a facility and site your source. Do not plagiarize! GRADING WORK: Ten points will be given for visiting one of the above facilities along with a report of the tour (must be a different facility than the first extra credit submission). Your submissions will be graded not only for content, but also for correctness, presentation, spelling, and grammar.
