Review: Chapters 14 and 15 in your textbook

Answer the following questions:

1. From Chapter 14, review the section on performance appraisals. If you have worked in a position where you have had a performance appraisal completed for you, describe the process. Explain what was effective about it and what could have been improved. If you have not had a performance appraisal, reach out to someone who has been involved in this process and have them describe how the appraisal was completed. Also, have them describe what was effective about it and what could have been improved.

2. From Chapter 15, review the section on coaching and mentoring. Describe a situation in which you have had someone coach and/or mentor you so that you developed leadership skills.
