How could this reflection be improved to better reflect this IoA?

On Monday and Tuesday I was involved in assisting a building company in its demolition stages of three different job sites. I have worked for this company for $4$ years and so I felt that I knew what to expect from the work that was required.

It was important to develop efficiencies in our work in order to meet deadlines for each job. This was achieved by delegating tasks between each other based on where we would be the most useful. It was important to communicate not only between people on site, but with other workers so that they would know when their skills were needed and could plan ahead.

These types of activities help with my development as a person and eventually as an engineer because it is great experience for working in a team and making decisions about my work based on team dependencies. I believe that it is critical to develop these skills as it is important to be able to work cohesively in a team setting which ultimately starts with effective self$-$management. I could also develop these skills in a team project.

Upon this reflection it is clear to me how important it is to plan and manage myself effectively in a team setting. Much of what we do in every aspect of life involves dependencies of other people and it is important to consciously consider this in a work environment.
