The registration office specify two hours for each batch, then the students will log in into the system using their usernames and passwords and they will check the courses and select some of these courses and they will fill a forms containing student information. The system will sort these forms electronically by checking the student qualifications if the students are eligible to take these courses the system will checks the course availability, if the course is still available the system will enroll the students and a copy of student list will be sent to the person and other copy of student list enrolled in the courses will be sent to the faculty member who will teach the course and the system will update the course file and student file.
