- Who is Impact?
- Impact's "They Ask You Answer" philosophy.... and why should digital marketers care about it?
- Three of Impact's service lines: "They Ask, You Answer" coaching, "Website Design" services and "Paid Search and Social" services. For each of these service areas ...
- Why does Impact provide these services to clients (what business value do these services provide? What evidence can they offer that these services are worth spending money on?)
- How does Impact provide these services to clients (what processes do they follow)
- What differentiates Impact from its competitors?
The third part is to connect some concepts from the course with what you are learning about your role play company. Specifically, submit your team's best attempt at the following:
- Map Impact's "big five" categories of content topics, defined in "They Ask You Answer" to the "whether" and "which" phases of the buying process. Which questions will likely be more relevant for people in the "Whether" stage? Which will be more relevant for people in the "Which" stage?
- Create at least two value proposition statements for each or the three service lines above (six total value proposition statements)
