Demonstrative evidences include maps, models, graphs, diagrams, charts, drawing, photographs, videos, scientific tests, computer reconstruction or any other object that can explain or illustrate issues in the case. The choice of what type of demonstrative evidence to use should be based upon theory and theme of the case and should be developed to simplify and explain the theory in a persuasive manner.

It is important that when putting together anything that will be used in a client's case, make sure that these be well thought out and competently executed. Also, make sure that these be prepared with a high degree of accuracy and competency
