The software development team consist of five freelance programmers appointed through the

project$$s procurement plan. These programmers, however, are also working on other projects;

therefore, it was decided that they will not be paid an hourly rate. There is a concern that the

programmers might prioritise another project over Project$-$Alpha, thus, not dedicating

sufficient hours to coding the mobile app. It was then decided to issue a cost plus incentive

fee $($CPIF$)$ two month contract to the programmers $$ the programming phase is estimated to

take two months to complete. This means the programmer will receive a basic market related

salary every month along with overtime and predetermined incentive $(7\mathrm{.}5\%$ of the subtotal$)$ if

they can manage to complete the mobile app ahead of a monthly milestone. Note, a

programmer$$s overtime is not allowed to exceed $20$ hours per month. Examine the work
