The soil beneath an old dry$-$cleaning facility has been contaminated with tetrachloroethylene $($PCE$).$ A soil vapor study indicated that the soil air contained $1,350$ ppmv of PCE. Using Henry's Law, estimate the PCE concentration in the soil water $($in $m\frac{g}{L}),$ assuming sorption is negligible.
