Employee # $1$: Wants to do a good job but just cannot meet the demands.

Employee #$2$: Poor performer and doesn't really care about their job.

Employee # $3$: Not a great performer but wants to save their job.

Employee #$4$: Excellent performer; does not follow policy and procedures and is waiting for you to fire them so they could apply for unemployment.
