The student will create a table where he/she will provide the following: Strengths Weaknesses Advantages Disadvantages Contributions of the leader... to an educational organization and recommendations (from the student). To create the table, he/she must use qualitative and quantitative research articles (two of each) and then empty the findings into the table. He/she has the opportunity to design a personalized table to complete this exercise
