The student will draft a Chapter 7 Petition for submission. The project is worth 100 points. The project is due at the end of the semester. The folder will be available from the first day of class so that the student may fill out the forms incrementally as the student makes way through the textbook. Forms are provided from the textbook author, or you can download and use the forms provided by the Bankruptcy Court from the hyperlink(S) provided. Regardless, you must be able to submit the completed Chapter 7 bankruptcy documents all at once into the drop box provided. The Chapter 7 documents will be placed within the specified 'drop box' as a WORD .doc or .docx or .rtf or PDF attachment.

Make up a fictitious person to prepare the Chapter 7 Filings. Come up with your own set of circumstances to fill out the forms.
