The subject will be on a foodservice training topic of their choice which is applicable to foodservice industry training and development. The subject of the in-service training lesson plan will reflect the ideas or concepts as they relate to the training and development of food service teams. Through research and independent study, the student(s) will gain a better understanding of the foodservice industry and required in-service training needs. The student by researching, preparing an in-service training lesson plan will gain the necessary skills used in the foodservice industry.
