The study examines Saudi students' entrepreneurial orientation $($EO$)$ towards e$-$businesses in alignment with Saudi Vision $2030$ objectives. It focuses on the strategic significance of fostering entrepreneurship among students to fulfill Vision $2030$ goals. Utilizing cross$-$sectional samples from SEU students, the research proposes a model of a virtual business incubator tailored for the Saudi context. It underscores Saudi Arabia's commitment to promoting entrepreneurship, as evidenced by Vision $2030\text{'}$s allocation of substantial resources to elevate entrepreneurial activities, particularly among students.
