The Superintendent has tasked you to develop a process for identifying the school's priorities and developing appropriate budget requests for the coming school year. Review and revise, as needed, the school improvement plan (SIP) that was written by the previous principal. The specific guidelines include the following:

• Analyze the school process and operations in order to identify and prioritize strategic and tactical challenges for the school.
• Analyze and develop the school's budget and financial status and needs; project the long-term resource needs of the school.
• Develop a plan to mobilize community resources to include diverse, cultural, and social assets within the community.
• Plan and act with integrity and fairness to ensure that the school is accountable for student academic and social success.

Submit a six-section report with an introduction, one section addressing each of the four tasks above, and a summary. Each section should be labeled with a separate heading.
