Develop the work plan; and

Present it to management for review and authorisation

You will need to:

Analyse the organisation and its operational plan

Plan the team meeting and document your plan

Facilitate the team meeting and document the outcomes

Draft the operational plan

Present it to a manager for review

Finalise the operational plan on the basis of the feedback from your manager

Gain documented authorisation from the manager.

Research the organisation and its operational plan.

Create an organisational chart for the organisation.

Create a specific organisational chart so that it identifiesyour own team.

Document a plan for the team meeting which must include:

oDesigning a vision statement for the team

oDesigning a mission statement for the team

oIdentifying Critical Success Factors for the team

oIdentifying a minimum of 3 Key Performance Indicators for the team

oConducting and recording the results of a SWOT analysis

oIdentifying the physical and human resource requirements for the team

oAllocating job roles to each of the team members

Hold the team meeting and document the outcomes, in a new page create a meeting document and write some notes.

In a new page, write the draft work plan.Ensure that it is labelled as a draft.

In a new page, create a feedback form about your plan, that you will seek advice from your manager.
