The Task

You should develop a web application, following some minimal standards, described later in this document. You should use the technologies covered in these two modules. The application MUST BE IN ENGLISH and implement the MVC design pattern in PHP$.$ You may use the MVC template provided on COMP$09023$ Moodle, see Assessment. It should also connect to the MySQL database, running on a XAMPP server. The frontend should be written in HTML $($integrated in PHP$)$ with CSS and JS$.$ The design should be responsive and include interactive features that you have learned about.

The app should be an innovative idea that solves a real$-$world problem. Apps that perform the same functions as existing apps or duplicate designs between teams will not receive good marks. You should consult your lecturer at one of the sessions on the week commencing $25$ November about what your app idea is$,$ and he may provide guidance in case your idea falls short of the minimum required standards.
