The team has been working on their group presentation for a few days. Within the first couple of days, the team had a major breakdown in communication, and several team members were very aggressive in steering the outcome of the project. After saying things that bruised a few egos, the team leader suggested that the team members who were most vocal, to apologize to the rest of the group for not being better attentive to the needs of the team or the project. A few more days have passed, and the hurt feelings appear to have healed. The team is now functioning well and is making significant progress on the project. Team members are even giving each other pats on the back for work well done, as well as joking about the big fight they had a few days ago.
