The Term Project

The Idea

The basic concept of the project is to make students work in a project and analyze the application of OB concepts in the corporate word. The students are required to analyze the organization at the individual level that OB focuses on

Project

Each student is required to choose an organization of choice which is feasible for them to approach, and conduct interviews from the concerned manager (s) (First line, middle and top-level managers) to get the required information. The acquired information has to be analyzed, assembled and presented in the project using the concepts discussed in the class.

The Project Report

A project report (Case Study) has to be submitted on the assigned date and it has to cover all the components.
