The textbook explains the difference between efficiency and effectiveness as follows $($Kinicki & Breaux Soignet, $2021)-$Efficiency has to do with the way things are done and to agree with the plans made. It involves using all assets including stakeholders, funds, and materials to the best possible end. Whereas effectiveness has to do with the final results. If the managers measure and evaluate and find that the results are in line with the plan, then the organization has a high level of effectiveness $($Kinicki & Breaux Soignet, $2021).$
