Recruiting is one of the most important aspects of business. Companies have started to use Ai for acquiring new and experienced employees. These types of platforms are streamlining business and developing employees based on their individual needs. This allows a company to gain the right employees for the job and seek out talent from within the company. By keeping track of daytoday activities, personal onboarding and personal goals will allow a company to keep up with the needs of every employee.
I do believe that AI platforms will only enhance the way that HR is able to connect with its employees. The only downfall that I see is Al takes out the personal experience of working with others. I feel like this is something that we will lose overtime but will move into an effective streamlined experience.
Technology has come a long way in the last several years. I was born in the years before the internet and Al assistance and can see how these platforms would be a great way to keep track of employees and their daily activities.
