Final Project:
The topic of the final project must be about something that is beyond the topics that are covered in the class.
For example, last semester, topics included subjects like:
Performance Management Systems in the United Arab Emirates
Comparison of the Performance Management Systems in the United Arab Emirates and Other Countries
Lean Thinking and Performance Management
The project should be research oriented. Multiple references should be used in preparing the paper.
Each group should consist of 4-5 students.
Topics must be approved by the course instructor before any group can start their work.

Paper Deatilss:
Abstract: 10%
The abstract should clearly reflect the findings of the project/research.
Introduction: 10%
The introduction should give the reader a clear introductory idea about the work that has been done.
Literature review: 15%
The literature review should give a comprehensive overview of the work that has been done in the field of the research.
Data/Results/Case studies: 15%
Data collected/found (if applicable) and results/findings and/or case studies should be clearly presented.
Discussion: 15%
This part should include students thoughts and discussions of the results/case studies/comparisons .etc.
Conclusion: 10%
Students should prepare a well written conclusion that gives the reader an overall idea/summary of the topic.
References: 10%
References (citations) should be clearly outlined and linked to the places where they were used in the paper.
Students can use any reference system they choose but have to be consistent (i.e. students should stick to whatever citation system they chose)
Organization: 7.5%
The paper should look good and be well organized. Consistent fonts size, color, type, etc
Writing Quality: 7.5%
Writing should be free from grammar/spelling errors and should be clearly understood.
