The topics I decided to pull from the article "Leveraging Diversity Through Psychological Safety" on how Separation Diversity can affect the working environment in both a positive and negative way, depending on how you approach it, Separation Diversity can interfere with the creative process or create conflicts if the team becomes complacent, as where if there is some positive conflict amongst the team it can aid in the learning process and create better collaborators.
