The topics in this course will be put to practice in an open$-$ended project in the field of advancedlinkages design. It is expected that teams will use the design process including conductingbackground research, generating task specifications, generating a goal statement, performing typesynthesis and dimensional synthesis, analyzing the solutions, and building a design drawing. Yourproject will be evaluated through a project report with proposed design demonstration. The finalreport will be in the standard format. This document summarizes the project expectations. Thecritical due dates are summarized in Section $1.$ The guidelines for the various deliverables arepresented in Section $2.$ Other information such as expected level of effort and project hints arecontained in Section $3\mathrm{.}1.$ Guidelines:Project Your project is a $1-2$ page document that will include:a$)$ Introduction: Briefly describe the project you have in mindb$)$ Problem Statement: What is the specific problem or application?
