The training plan designed for the On the job training at Welfare Force subunit level will have the following objectives.

i. Physical as well as mental fitness, i.e., enhancement of ability with minimized stress.

ii. Awareness of sensitive policing, which is about changing their social behavior.

iii. Upgradation of professional competency, i.e., acquiring knowledge and skill development.

iv. Image building & gaining the confidence of the society with force presence, i.e., change of approach while dealing with such an acute crisis.
