Question:
The use of data in any context for review of performance of the organization is a sound process. In my work, I use several metrics to support understanding the performance of the organization. The idea is not new or novel for the organization but great care is taken in the process to support having the appropriate information to support the need of the organization. With that said, is it critical that access is given to the appropriate levels of the organization to ensure that leaders have the right access to the right information to predict outcomes that will support the success of the organization? If the wrong reflection of the data is interpreted can it lead to a miss in the direction of the organization?
