culp: integer values between 1 and 5 (5 denotes high culpability), based on a number of aggravating and mitigating circumstances.

The aim of the analysis is to determine whether race (in as much as it is crudely captured in the data) plays a role in assigning the death penalty, after adjusting for the seriousness and culpability associated with the crime. a) Fit a model which contains the race of both the defendant and the victim, serious, and culp.
