The whole class will be working in assigned groups for the rest of February on the Nevco real$-$time case study being used in the NASBITE competition. I already provided links to $3$ sources of information about Nevco through previous assignments and announcements. Make sure you have gone through the $3$ information sources already provided. The sources will serve as the basis for your research because you have to understand their strategic goals; current products and markets; and competitive advantages.

Please begin working with your group$-$mates in this assignment. This is not an individual assignment. Your submission will be a group submission in the form of a file of PowerPoint slides. Only one submission per group. List the names of all group members who contributed to the work in the cover page. A student who does not contribute to the assignment of the week should not have their name on the cover page. A cover page is required for every Powerpoint file submission.

$1.$ Create a temporary list of countries that your group thinks will be your finalist candidates as target country for Nevco's international expansion strategy. Submit this list as a PowerPoint slide. The list should be five or six countries. The countries in the list should be filtered from a longer list by a country selection matrix.

$2.$ Submit your selection matrix. I discussed a country selection matrix during the Zoom class of $2/6$ linked here.

$3.$ Explain what factors you selected as to use as filters in the selection matrix.

$4.$ Explain how you will be researching the potential partners and distributors of Nevco products in your finalist countries through PowerPoint slides.

$5.$ Explain how you will be researching potential partners for licensing, contract manufacturing or joint$-$venture partners of Nevco in your finalist countries.
