The WHS and Security system created in Assessment task 2 has been implemented in your work place for a period of 3 months.

5. The new employee induction it's not being implemented as per system

8. It is not clear to whom inform and report incidents
9. There are not facilities for employee welfare
10. Safe operating procedures for machinery, equipment and materials are not clear.
