Theme : Promote innovation in a team environment

Context : You work in a luxurious restaurant that is attracting a lot of guests during the summer holidays and companies for organizing functions (meetings, departures...)

The staff is mostly male and aged between 20 and 30 years.

Recently the production levels of your work group or team appear to have decreased. You need, therefore, to increase the quality and quantity of outputs.

1. Would you give feedback to team members who made suggestions that were not feasible or could not be used? How? Why?
2. Having come up with a solution, how would you review how effective the team was in working together to come up with and innovate to solve the problem? Why might it be important to discuss any challenges met?
