there are deep learning techniques for co$2$ emission prediction these techniques are CNN$-$LSTM Hybrid Model, BPs$,$ MLPs$,$ LSSVR$,$ SVR$,$ RF$,$ Ridge, ANN, and KNN$.$ I have researched that the svr$-$ann method is the most efficient among these techniques.
