The Wellbeing and Security at Work Act 1974 holds particular focus in which associations are required to supply satisfactory preparation to staff individuals guarantesing they have a clear understanding encompassing the security inside the waork environment (Health and Safety Executive, 2023). Capability - skillslknowledge A fundamental need is the capability to stay relevant by maintaining knowledge and forming new skills. Motivation - growth and development When a person feels that they must pursue personal development and growthlike taking on a new challengethiz might also indicate a need for learning. After working as a sales assistant for eight months and overcoming all challenges with excellence, the individual can turn their attention to their future requirements and objectives. In addition to helping the individual reach their personal development objectives, this will recognise them and enable them to reach significant business and professional benchmarks. Updated legislation may be reguired with a change in strategy and future planning, which could address the company's goals and have the potential to amend them
