Create a project and scope management plan that includes the following:

Describe specific project planning phases.

Define objectives of the scope management plan, including anticipated costs for scoping activities.

Create a work breakdown structure $($WBS$)$ with established objectives and success criteria.

Identify challenges that have impacted the scope changes and describe management strategies used to overcome those challenges. Describe how you will monitor the state of the project scope.

Explain how you will get key stakeholders to buy into the project case and how you will validate criteria to meet key stakeholders' product needs.
