It might help if you make a diagram showing problem types, personality types, decision types, decision-making types, organization types and draw lines to show how you believe these relate to each other. As an example, an autocratic personality might function best in flat organization with minimal bureaucracy, where the decisions are quantitative rather than qualitative. Why?
