Develop a Lifecycle Cost Summary shown the detailed costs for both system alternatives given a 10-year lifecycle. Only assume undiscounted costs in your cost summary. (HINT: A successful answer will be in the format Cost Collection Worksheet in the M11-1 Notes). B. Develop a graph of the lifecycle cost by phase. (HINT: See M11-1.) C. Which system shall be selected based on cost alone? D. What are the non-cost systems engineering factors should also be considered?
