There are two parts to this final assignment:

Part 1: Submit your final compensation and benefit proposal. Include the final version of your individual components of proposed rewards philosophy, compensation structure, benefit plan, and your CEO package that you have been working on through various weeks of this course. Be sure this is a final cohesive package that incorporates feedback that you have gotten from your instructor and peers.

Part 2: In a 15 minute video, present your plan. Treat this presentation as if you were presenting to the executive that "commissioned" you to develop the plan. Ensure that you provide a professional presentation (PowerPoint or ScreenPalLinks to an external site.. Fully, yet concisely explain your rewards strategy to include the following:

• Agenda: Provide a review of the presentation content.
• Philosophy: Describe your company and rewards philosophy
• Compensation structure: Describe your elements of your compensation strategy
• Benefit structure: Describe your elements of your benefit structure
• CEO package: Describe the elements of your proposed CEO package
• Summarize: Provide a review and closure to the video.
