There is a conflict in the church where two great men are wanting to marry. The father of the party is disagreeing while the mother of the party is agreeing. They decided to finalize the decision with preacher who will be settling the conflict. David Jones is sitting with his mother (Ruth Jones) in humility trying to convince the preacher that he has the right to marry who he loves. Mike Jones (David's father) is embarrassed and disgusted by the thought of his son marrying a man.
