There is a difference between how men define themselves and how women define themselves. Women derive their sense of self often from the close relationships they have. Men derive their sense of self from the groups they associate with. How does this difference affect the kind of conversations they might have? How does this difference affect the kind of explanations they might give for their own behavior and the behavior of others? How could this affect interviewing for jobs (e.g. characteristics of interviewer when asking questions to a male or female candidate)?
