There is a growing need for competencies, values and emotions that $21$st century public servants need in managing government departments ethically and sustainably. Public servants who fail to align to the current and future societal and business codes of ethics have become irrelevant. With reference to the above paragraph, reflect on how the link between quality and ethical leadership is important in ensuring sustainability and responsibility in so far as relationship between government and public is concerned.
