There is a lack of knowledge about the relationship between the orientation outcome and the quality of orientation program for new employees. The assumption is that the skill level and experience of their preceptors determines their competence and ability to work independently once off orientation. This study seeks to investigate the effects of inadequate preceptorship and orientation programs on new employee's skill development and readiness to work independently.
Questions;
