There is an obvious need for organisational development $($OD$)$ given the dynamic environment within

which organisations operate today. Organizational level, group levels and$/$or job level change plans must be

developed and implemented in response to the need for change. In business practice, organisations continue

to implement change plans on an ongoing basis with some failures and some successes.

Critically evaluate, using business examples, any five $(5)$ factors that should be considered when

developing and implementing organisational level change plans to increase the probability of success and
