There were continuous emergencies in Europe and America in the nineteenth and first 50% of the twentieth century, explicitly the period 1815-1939. This period began from the finish of the Napoleonic conflicts in 1815, which was promptly trailed by the Post-Napoleonic sadness in the United Kingdom (1815-30), and finished in the Great Depression of 1929-39, which drove into World War II. See Financial emergency: nineteenth century for posting and subtleties. The first of these emergencies not related with a conflict was the Panic of 1825.[17] There were continuous emergencies in Europe and America in the nineteenth and first 50% of the twentieth century, explicitly the period 1815-1939.
