Mega Corp. has no formal change control process in place, projects flow and evolve freely, often resulting in late delivery and cost overruns. Ms Jones does not want this to happen on her watch, so she has asked you to design and document a change control process for this project that can be reused for other projects.
Your deliverables to Ms Jones must include:
A flow chart of the process for controlling change. It should clearly show who is responsible for each task and how long they have to complete each task. It should also allow for changes to be either accepted or rejected. There should be two termination points representing two possible outcomes.
All necessary text to describe the flow chart. This can be in the chart or in an accompanying dictionary/glossary.
